Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Lexnura collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Effective 18 May 2026Version 2.0

Who we are

Lexnura is a UK-based service of Gohi Cash Limited incorporated in England and Wales. It is the controller responsible for personal data processed through its public website, user accounts, billing systems, support interactions, and operational product analytics where those activities are carried out for Lexnura's own business purposes.

Where customers upload documents, prompts, or materials into the workspace, Lexnura may also process personal data on the customer's behalf to provide the requested service functionality.

Personal data we collect

We may collect identity and contact data such as your name, email address, organisation details, account credentials, and correspondence with us. We also collect technical and usage data such as IP address, browser or device information, login events, and how the website or workspace is used.

If you upload documents or provide prompts, we process the content you submit in order to deliver summaries, drafting, analysis, compliance, signing, and related workflow features. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide that information.

How we use your data

We process personal data to provide the service you request, manage accounts and subscriptions, authenticate users, operate and secure the platform, comply with legal obligations, respond to support requests, and improve the website and product experience.

Where you consent to optional analytics cookies, Lexnura uses Google Analytics to understand website and workspace usage at an aggregated level so we can improve navigation, performance, and feature priorities. Where relevant under UK GDPR, our lawful bases may include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, and consent where you choose to receive marketing or enable optional cookies.

Sharing and international transfers

We may share personal data with service providers who support hosting, authentication, storage, billing, communications, analytics, and technical infrastructure, including Google Analytics where analytics cookies are enabled, and with professional advisers or regulators where disclosure is required or appropriate. We do not sell personal data.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, Lexnura seeks to use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections or other recognised transfer mechanisms.

Retention, security, and your rights

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the service, keep appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal or regulatory duties. We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, or unlawful processing.

You may have rights to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Privacy enquiries can be directed to support@lexnura.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be made available through Lexnura's website or workspace legal pages.
